Mirin, translated to “sweet cooking rice wine,” is a very common condiment and ingredient found in Japanese kitchens. Made according to traditional methods, our mirin is a fermented product using steamed rice, alcohol, and koji. After a two-month aging process, the results are high quality umami and kokumi character.
